Deep down inside you are focused on the wrong intentions. You are thinking about yourself and not about the person you are calling!

If you are thinking… I only do Social Media Recruiting, I only do Online Recruiting, I don’t need to use the phone. WRONG! You do still need to use the phone. Well, if you want to greatly improve your success rate you do anyway. Besides, as I mentioned you should set your intentions prior to doing any Online Prospecting as well.
